Return window

30 days, counted from the day the dress is delivered.

Cost to you

Nothing for the label — we send a prepaid one. No restocking fee. On a change-of-mind return, the original $7.95 shipping charge is kept.

Requesting a return

Email support@lumivaroz.com with your order number and which item you're returning. You'll receive the prepaid label within 24 hours. Please use our label so the return can be matched to your order.

What we accept

Unworn and unwashed dresses with the original tags and packaging, plus any belt, tie or detachable straps they came with.

Faults and mix-ups

If your dress is damaged or isn't the one you ordered, email a photo of it and the care/size label. We'll replace or refund the item and cover the return.

Exchanging

For a different size or colorway, say so in your email. We'll exchange if it's in stock, or refund if it isn't.

Refund timeline

Your refund is released within 5–7 business days (to the card or account you paid with) of the returns warehouse receiving the dress. Card issuers and banks normally need 3–10 more business days.

Cancelling

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing us.
